(Exo22:16)And if a man entice a virgin that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely pay a dowry for her to be his wife.
(Exo22:17)If her father utterly refuse to give her unto him, he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins.
(Deu22:23)If there be a damsel that is a virgin betrothed unto a husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;

2 Repentance for remission of sins
(Eze18:22)None of his transgressions which he hath committed shall be remembered against him; in his righteousness which he hath done shall he live.
(Eze18:23)Have I any pleasure at all in the death of the wicked? saith the Lord Jehovah; is it not in his turning from his way, that he may live?
(Eze18:24)And when the righteous turneth from his righteousness and practiseth what is wrong, [and] doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked doeth, shall he live? None of his righteous acts which he hath done shall be remembered: in his unfaithfulness which he hath wrought, and in his sin which he hath sinned, in them shall he die.
(Eze18:25)And ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. Hear then, house of Israel. Is not my way equal? are not your ways unequal?
(Eze18:26)When the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and practiseth what is wrong, and dieth for it; in his wrong that he hath done shall he die.
(Eze18:27)And when the wicked turneth from his wickedness which he hath committed, and doeth judgment and justice, he shall keep his soul alive.
(Eze18:28)Because he considereth, and turneth from all his transgressions which he hath committed, he shall certainly live, he shall not die.
(Eze18:29)But the house of Israel say, The way of the Lord is not equal. O house of Israel, are not my ways equal? Is it not your ways that are unequal?
(Eze18:30)Therefore I will judge you, house of Israel, every one according to his ways, saith the Lord Jehovah. Return ye, and turn from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your snare.
(Eze18:31)Cast away from you all your transgressions wherewith ye have transgressed, and make you a new heart and a new spirit: why then will ye die, house of Israel?
(Eze18:32)For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord Jehovah; therefore turn ye and live.
(Luk24:47)and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name to all the nations beginning at Jerusalem.
(Act5:31)Him has God exalted by his right hand as leader and saviour, to give repentance to Israel and remission of sins.
3 Remission of sins
(1jo1:6)If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not practise the truth(thy word is truth Jon17:17).(1jo1:7)But if we walk in the light as *he* is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin.
(Eze33:13)When I say to the righteous that he shall certainly live, and he trusteth to his righteousness and doeth what is wrong, none of his righteous acts shall be remembered; but in his unrighteousness which he hath done, in it shall he die.
(Eze33:14)And when I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt certainly die, and he turneth from his sin, and doeth judgment and justice;
(Eze33:15)if the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had taken by robbery, walk in the statutes of life, doing nothing that is wrong; he shall certainly live, he shall not die.

(1) (Lev4:22) When a ruler sinneth, and doeth unwittingly any one of
all the things which Jehovah his God hath commanded not to be done, and is
guilty
(2) (1jo3:4) Every one that doeth sin
doeth also lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness.
(3) (1jo5:17) All unrighteousness is
sin: and there is a sin not unto death.
(4) (Neh1:7) we have dealt very corruptly against thee, and have not
kept the commandments, nor the statutes, nor the ordinances, which thou
commandedst thy servant Moses.
(5) (Rom14:23) But he that doubteth is condemned if he eat, because
(he eateth) not of faith; and whatsoever is not of faith is sin.

trespass against Jehovah, and deal falsely with his neighbor in a matter of
deposit, or of bargain, or of robbery, or have oppressed his neighbor,
(Lev6:3) or have found that which was
lost, and deal falsely therein, and swear to a lie; in any of all these things
that a man doeth, sinning therein;
(Lev6:4) then it shall be, if he hath
sinned, and is
guilty, that he shall restore that which he took by robbery, or the thing
which he hath gotten by oppression, or the deposit which was committed to him,
or the lost thing which he found,
(Jon8:2) And early in the morning he
came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down,
and taught them.
(Jon8:3) And the scribes and the
Pharisees bring a woman taken in adultery; and having set her in the midst,

nakedness of thy father's sister: she is thy father's near kinswoman.

nakedness of thy mother's sister: for she is thy mother's near kinswoman.

nakedness of thy father's brother, thou shalt not approach to his wife: she is
thine aunt.

nakedness of thy daughter-in-law: she is thy son's wife; thou shalt not uncover
her nakedness.
(Lev18:16) Thou shalt not uncover the
nakedness of thy brother's wife: it is thy brother's nakedness.
(Lev18:17) Thou shalt not uncover the
nakedness of a woman and her daughter; thou shalt not take her son's daughter,
or her daughter's daughter, to uncover her nakedness; they are near kinswomen:
it is wickedness.
(Nehemiah 1:6) Let thine ear now be
attentive, and thine eyes open, to hear the prayer of thy servant, which I pray
before thee at this time, day and night, for the children of Israel thy servants,
confessing the sins of the children of Israel, which we have sinned against
thee: both I and my father's house have sinned.

perversely against thee, and have not kept the commandments, nor the statutes,

calves, and made an Asherah, and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served
Baal.
(2ki18:5) He trusted in Jehovah, the God
of Israel; so that after him was none like him among all the kings of Judah,
nor (among them) that were before him.
(2ki18:6) For he clave to Jehovah; he
departed not from following him, but kept his commandments, which Jehovah
commanded Moses.
(Num20:12) And Jehovah said unto Moses
and Aaron, Because ye believed not in me, to sanctify me in the eyes of the
children of Israel, therefore ye shall not bring this assembly into the land
which I have given them.
(Num20:13) These are the waters of
Meribah; because the children of Israel strove with Jehovah, and he was
sanctified in them.
(Num20:24) Aaron shall be gathered unto
his people; for he shall not enter into the land which I have given unto the
children of Israel, because ye rebelled against my word at the waters of

my word in the wilderness of Zin, in the strife of the congregation, to

man, that faith apart from works is barren?
(Jam2:21) Was not Abraham our father
justified by works, in that he offered up Isaac his son upon the altar?
(Jam2:22) Thou seest that faith wrought
with his works, and by works was faith made perfect;
(Jam2:23) and the scripture was
fulfilled which saith, And Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned unto him
for righteousness; and he was called the friend of God.
(Jam2:24) Ye see that by works a man is
justified, and not only by faith.
(Jam2:25) And in like manner was not
also Rahab the harlot justified by works, in that she received the messengers,
and sent them out another way?
(Jam2:26) For as the body apart from the
spirit is dead, even so faith apart from works is dead.
(Jon12:44) And Jesus cried and said, He
that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.
(Jam1:25) But he that looketh into the
perfect law, the (law) of liberty, and (so) continueth, being not a hearer that
forgetteth but a doer that worketh, this man shall be blessed in his doing.

therefore God overlooked; but now he commandeth men that they should all

(Rom4:5) But to him that worketh not,
but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is reckoned for

blessing upon the man, unto whom God reckoneth righteousness apart from works,
(Rom4:7) (saying), Blessed are they
whose iniquities are forgiven, And whose sins are covered.
(Rom4:8) Blessed is the man to whom, the
Lord will not reckon sin.
(Gen15:4) And, behold, the word of
Jehovah came unto him, saying, This man shall not be thine heir. But he that
shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir.
(Gen15:5) And he brought him forth
abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and number the stars, if thou be able
to number them. And he said unto him, So shall thy seed be.
(Gen15:6) And he believed in Jehovah.
And he reckoned it to him for righteousness.
(Jon5:24) Verily, verily, I say unto
you, He that heareth my word, and believeth him that sent me, hath eternal
life, and cometh not into judgment, but hath passed out of death into life.
(Jon3:1) And the word of Jehovah came
unto Jonah the second time, saying,
(Jon3:2) Arise, go unto Nineveh, that
great city, and preach unto it the preaching that I bid thee.
(Jon3:3) So Jonah arose, and went unto
Nineveh, according to the word of Jehovah. Now Nineveh was an exceeding great
city, of three days' journey.
(Jon3:4) And Jonah began to enter into
the city a day's journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh
shall be overthrown.
(Jon3:5) And the people of Nineveh
believed God; and they proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the
greatest of them even to the least of them.
(Jon3:6) And the tidings reached the
king of Nineveh, and he arose from his throne, and laid his robe from him, and
covered him with sackcloth, and sat in ashes.
(Jon3:7) And he made proclamation and
published through Nineveh by the decree of the king and his nobles, saying, Let
neither man nor beast, herd nor flock, taste anything; let them not feed, nor
drink water;
(Jon3:8) but let them be covered with
sackcloth, both man and beast, and let them cry mightily unto God: yea, let
them turn every one from his evil way, and from the violence that is in his
hands.
(Jon3:9) Who knoweth whether God will
not turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger, that we perish not?
(Jon3:10) And God saw their works, that
they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil which he said he
would do unto them; and he did it not.
(Mar1:15) and saying, The time is
fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe in the
gospel.
(Luk8:12) And those by the way side are
they that have heard; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word from
their heart, that they may not believe and be saved.
(Luk8:13) And those on the rock (are)
they who, when they have heard, receive the word with joy; and these have no
root, who for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.

(Jon6:40) For this is the will of my
Father, that every one that beholdeth the Son, and believeth on him, should

(Heb11:1) Now faith is assurance of
(things) hoped for, a conviction of things not seen.
(Heb11:2) For therein the elders had
witness borne to them.

the worlds have been framed by the word of God, so that what is seen hath not
been made out of things which appear.
(Rom1:17) For therein is revealed a
righteousness of God from faith unto faith: as it is written, But the righteous
shall live by faith.
(Heb11:6) And without faith it is
impossible to be well-pleasing (unto him); for he that cometh to God must
believe that he is, and (that) he is a rewarder of them that seek after him.
(Heb11:24) By faith Moses, when he was
grown up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter;

treatment with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a

cannot please God.
(Rom8:9) But ye are not in the flesh but
in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you. But if any man
hath not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
(Isa66:2) For all these things hath my
hand made, and (so) all these things came to be, saith Jehovah: but to this man
will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and that
trembleth at my word.
(Isa66:3) He that killeth an ox is as he
that slayeth a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, as he that breaketh a dog's
neck; he that offereth an oblation, (as he that offereth) swine's blood; he
that burneth frankincense, as he that blesseth an idol. Yea, they have chosen
their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations:
(Isa66:4) I also will choose their
delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none
did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did that which was evil
in mine eyes, and chose that wherein I delighted not.
(1th2:4) but even as we have been
approved of God to be intrusted with the gospel, so we speak; not as pleasing
men, but God who proveth our hearts.
(Gal1:10) For am I now seeking the favor
of men, or of God? or am I striving to please men? if I were still pleasing
men, I should not be a servant of Christ.
(Eze18:21) But if the wicked turn from
all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that
which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.
(Eze18:22) None of his transgressions
that he hath committed shall be remembered against him: in his righteousness

(Eze18:23) Have I any pleasure in the
death of the wicked? saith the Lord Jehovah; and not rather that he should

turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth
according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live?
None of his righteous deeds that he hath done shall be remembered: in his
trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them
shall he die.
(Pro21:3) To do righteousness and
justice Is more acceptable to Jehovah than sacrifice.
(Heb13:16) But to do good and to
communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
(Isa66:24) And they shall go forth, and
look upon the dead bodies of the men that have transgressed against me: for
their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall
be an abhorring unto all flesh.
(Deu30:9) And Jehovah thy God will make
thee plenteous in all the work of thy hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in
the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, for good: for Jehovah
will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers;

(Psa19:9) The fear of Jehovah is clean,
enduring for ever: The ordinances of Jehovah are true, (and) righteous
altogether.
(Psa19:10) More to be desired are they
than gold, yea, than much fine gold; Sweeter also than honey and the droppings
of the honeycomb.
(Psa19:11) Moreover by them is thy
servant warned: In keeping them there is great reward.
(Mat6:1) Take heed that ye do not your
righteousness before men, to be seen of them: else ye have no reward with your
Father who is in heaven.
(Mat6:2) When therefore thou doest alms,
sound not a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in
the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have
received their reward.
(1pe2:19) For this is acceptable, if for
conscience toward God a man endureth griefs, suffering wrongfully.
(1pe2:20) For what glory is it, if, when
ye sin, and are buffeted (for it), ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye
do well, and suffer (for it), ye shall take it patiently, this is acceptable
with God.
(Psa103:17) But the lovingkindness of
Jehovah is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, And his
righteousness unto children's children;
(Psa103:18) To such as keep his
covenant, And to those that remember his precepts to do them.
(Pro16:6) By mercy and truth iniquity is
atoned for; And by the fear of Jehovah men depart from evil.
(Rom9:11) for (the children) being not
yet born, neither having done anything good or bad, that the purpose of God
according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth,
(Rom9:12) it was said unto her, The
elder shall serve the younger.
(Rom9:13) Even as it is written, Jacob I
loved, but Esau I hated.

there unrighteousness with God? God forbid.

over the clay, from the same lump to make one part a vessel unto honor, and

his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering vessels
of wrath fitted unto destruction:
(Rom9:23) and that he might make known
the riches of his glory upon vessels of mercy, which he afore prepared unto
glory,
(Rom9:24) (even) us, whom he also
called, not from the Jews only, but also from the Gentiles?
(Rom9:25) As he saith also in Hosea, I
will call that my people, which was not my people; And her beloved, that was
not beloved.
(Rom9:26) And it shall be, (that) in the
place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, There shall they be
called sons of the living God.
(Rom9:27) And Isaiah crieth concerning
Israel, If the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, it
is the remnant that shall be saved:
(Rom9:28) for the Lord will execute
(his) word upon the earth, finishing it and cutting it short.
(Rom11:2) God did not cast off his
people which he foreknew. Or know ye not what the scripture saith of Elijah?
how he pleadeth with God against Israel:
(Rom11:3) Lord, they have killed thy
prophets, they have digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they
seek my life.
(Rom11:4) But what saith the answer of
God unto him? I have left for myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the
knee to Baal.
(Rom11:5) Even so then at this present
time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.
(Rom11:6) But if it is by grace, it is
no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace.
(Rom11:7) What then? that which Israel
seeketh for, that he obtained not; but the election obtained it, and the rest
were hardened:
(Rom11:8) according as it is written,
God gave them a spirit of stupor, eyes that they should not see, and ears that
they should not hear, unto this very day.
(Rom11:9) And David saith, Let their
table be made a snare, and a trap, And a stumblingblock, and a recompense unto
them:
(Rom11:10) Let their eyes be darkened,
that they may not see, And bow thou down their back always.
(Rom11:11) I say then, Did they stumble
that they might fall? God forbid: but by their fall salvation (is come) unto
the Gentiles, to provoke them to jealousy.
(Rom11:12) Now if their fall, is the
riches of the world, and their loss the riches of the Gentiles; how much more
their fulness?
(Rom11:13) But I speak to you that are
Gentiles. Inasmuch then as I am an apostle of Gentiles, I glorify my ministry;
(Rom11:14) if by any means I may provoke
to jealousy (them that are) my flesh, and may save some of them.
(Rom11:15) For if the casting away of
them (is) the reconciling of the world, what (shall) the receiving (of them
be), but life from the dead?
(Rom11:16) And if the firstfruit is holy,
so is the lump: and if the root is holy, so are the branches.
(2co13:5) Try your own selves, whether
ye are in the faith; prove your own selves. Or know ye not as to your own
selves, that Jesus Christ is in you? unless indeed ye be reprobate.
(Jon12:44) And Jesus cried and said, He

serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up;

righteousness of God hath been manifested, being witnessed by the law and the
prophets, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
(Rom3:22) even the righteousness of God
through faith in Jesus Christ unto all them that believe; for there is no
distinction;
(Rom3:23) for all have sinned, and fall
short of the glory of God;
(Rom3:24) being justified freely by his
grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
(Rom3:25) whom God set forth (to be) a
propitiation, through faith, in his blood, to show his righteousness because of
the passing over of the sins done aforetime, in the forbearance of God;
(Rom3:26) for the showing, (I say), of
his righteousness at this present season: that he might himself be just, and
the justifier of him that hath faith in Jesus.
(1th1:6) And ye became imitators of us,
and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the
Holy Spirit;

to all that believe in Macedonia and in Achaia.

C Believing in Jesus
(Gal2:16) yet knowing that a man is not
justified by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we
believed on Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ, and
not by the works of the law: because by the works of the law shall no flesh be
justified.
(Gal2:17) But if, while we sought to be
justified in Christ, we ourselves also were found sinners, is Christ a minister
of sin? God forbid.
(Rom6:15) What then? shall we sin,
because we are not under law, but under grace? God forbid.
(Rev14:12) Here is the patience of the
saints, they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
(Jam2:1) My brethren, hold not the faith
of our Lord Jesus Christ, (the Lord) of glory, with respect of persons.

(Rom3:26) for the showing, (I say), of
his righteousness at this present season: that he might himself be just, and
the justifier of him that hath faith in Jesus.
(Rom3:27) Where then is the glorying? It
is excluded. By what manner of law? of works? Nay: but by a law of faith.
(Rom3:28) We reckon therefore that a man
is justified by faith apart from the works of the law.
(Rom3:29) Or is God (the God) of Jews
only? is he not (the God) of Gentiles also? Yea, of Gentiles also:
(Rom3:30) if so be that God is one, and
he shall justify the circumcision by faith, and the uncircumcision through
faith.
(Rom3:31) Do we then make the law of
none effect through faith? God forbid: nay, we establish the law.
(Rom5:1) Being therefore justified by
faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ;
(Gal3:14) that upon the Gentiles might
come the blessing of Abraham in Christ Jesus; that we might receive the promise
of the Spirit through faith.
(Gal3:15) Brethren, I speak after the
manner of men: Though it be but a man's covenant, yet when it hath been
confirmed, no one maketh it void, or addeth thereto.
(Gal3:16) Now to Abraham were the
promises spoken, and to his seed. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but
as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.
(Gal3:17) Now this I say: A covenant
confirmed beforehand by God, the law, which came four hundred and thirty years
after, doth not disannul, so as to make the promise of none effect.
(Gal3:18) For if the inheritance is of
the law, it is no more of promise: but God hath granted it to Abraham by
promise.
(Gal3:19) What then is the law? It was
added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise
hath been made; (and it was) ordained through angels by the hand of a mediator.
(Gal3:20) Now a mediator is not (a
mediator) of one; but God is one.
(Gal3:21) Is the law then against the
promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could make
alive, verily righteousness would have been of the law.
(Gal3:22) But the scriptures shut up all
things under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to
them that believe.
(Gal3:23) But before faith came, we were
kept in ward under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be
revealed.
(Gal3:24) So that the law is become our
tutor (to bring us) unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
(Gal3:25) But now faith that is come, we
are no longer under a tutor.
(Gal3:26) For ye are all sons of God,
through faith, in Christ Jesus.
(Heb10:26) For if we sin wilfully after
that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more a
sacrifice for sins,
(Heb10:27) but a certain fearful
expectation of judgment, and a fierceness of fire which shall devour the
adversaries.
(Heb10:28) A man that hath set at nought
Moses law dieth without compassion on (the word of) two or three witnesses:
(Heb10:29) of how much sorer punishment,
think ye, shall he be judged worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of
God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant wherewith he was sanctified an
unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
(Heb4:15) For we have not a high priest
that cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but one that hath
been in all points tempted like as (we are, yet) without sin.
(1jo3:5) And ye know that he was
manifested to take away sins; and in him is no sin.
(2co5:21) Him who knew no sin he made
(to be) sin on our behalf; that we might become the righteousness of God in
him.
(Jon16:8) And he, when he is come, will
convict the world in respect of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:

men; we fear the multitude; for all hold John as a prophet.
(Mat21:27) And they answered Jesus, and
said, We know not. He also said unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority
I do these things.
(Jon3:36) He that believeth on the Son
hath eternal life; but he that obeyeth not the Son shall not see life, but the
wrath of God abideth on him.
(Jon4:41) And many more believed because
of his word;
(Jon4:42) and they said to the woman,
Now we believe, not because of thy speaking: for we have heard for ourselves,

(Mar9:37) Whosoever shall receive one of

(1jo5:4) For whatsoever is begotten of
God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that hath overcome the world,
(even) our faith.
(1jo5:5) And who is he that overcometh
the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
(Jon20:30) Many other signs therefore
did Jesus in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book:
(Jon20:31) but these are written, that
ye may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye
may have life in his name.
(1jo5:1) Whosoever believeth that Jesus
is the Christ is begotten of God: and whosoever loveth him that begat loveth
him also that is begotten of him.
(Jon11:42) And I knew that thou hearest
me always: but because of the multitude that standeth around I said it, that
they may believe that thou didst send me.
(Jon16:27) for the Father himself loveth
you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came forth from the
Father.

that I came forth from thee, and they believed that thou didst send me.
(Jon17:21) that they may all be one;
even as thou, Father, (art) in me, and I in thee, that they also may be in us:
that the world may believe that thou didst send me.
(1jo4:1) Beloved, believe not every
spirit, but prove the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false
prophets are gone out into the world.
(1jo4:2) Hereby know ye the Spirit of
God: every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is
of God:
(1jo4:3) and every spirit that
confesseth not Jesus is not of God: and this is the (spirit) of the antichrist,
whereof ye have heard that it cometh; and now it is in the world already.
(Rom9:20) Nay but, O man, who art thou
that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed
it, Why didst thou make me thus?
(Rom9:21) Or hath not the potter a right
over the clay, from the same lump to make one part a vessel unto honor, and
another unto dishonor?
(Isa29:16) Ye turn things upside down!
Shall the potter be esteemed as clay; that the thing made should say of
him that made it, He made me not; or the thing formed say of him that
formed it, He hath no understanding?
(Jon14:10) Believest thou not that I am
in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I say unto you I speak not
from myself: but the Father abiding in me doeth his works.
(Jon14:11) Believe me that I am in the
Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.
(Act15:11) But we believe that we shall
be saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, in like manner as they.

died and rose again, even so them also that are fallen asleep in Jesus will God
bring with him.

justified by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we

Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a standard: and it shall come to
pass, that every one that is bitten, when he seeth it, shall live.
(Num21:9) And Moses made a serpent of
brass, and set it upon the standard: and it came to pass, that if a serpent had
bitten any man, when he looked unto the serpent of brass, he lived.

Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, fastened his eyes on him,
(Act13:10) and said, O full of all guile
and all villany, thou son of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt
thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?
(Act13:11) And now, behold, the hand of
the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a
season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went
about seeking some to lead him by the hand.
(Rev16:13) And I saw (coming) out of the
mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of
the false prophet, three unclean spirits, as it were frogs:
(Rev16:14) for they are spirits of
demons, working signs; which go forth unto the kings of the whole world, to
gather them together unto the war of the great day of God, the Almighty.
(Mat7:21) Not every one that saith unto
me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the

shall privily bring in destructive heresies, denying even the Master that bought
them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction.

lascivious doings; by reason of whom the way of the truth shall be evil spoken
of.
(2pe2:3) And in covetousness shall they
with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose sentence now from of old
lingereth not, and their destruction slumbereth not.
(Mat10:34) Think not that I came to send
peace on the earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
(Mat10:35) For I came to set a man at
variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the
daughter in law against her mother in law:
(Mat10:36) and a man's foes (shall be)
they of his own household.
(Mat10:37) He that loveth father or
mother more than me is not worthy of me; and he that loveth son or daughter
more than me is not worthy of me.
(Mat10:38) And he that doth not take his
cross and follow after me, is not worthy of me.
(Mat10:39) He that findeth his life
shall lose it; and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.
(Mic7:6) For the son dishonoreth the
father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter-in-law against
her mother-in-law; a man's enemies are the men of his own house.
(Luk6:27) But I say unto you that hear,
love your enemies, do good to them that hate you,
(Luk6:28) bless them that curse you,
pray for them that despitefully use you.
(Luk6:29) To him that smiteth thee on
the (one) cheek offer also the other; and from him that taketh away thy cloak
withhold not thy coat also.
(Luk6:30) Give to every one that asketh
thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again.
(Luk6:31) And as ye would that men
should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.
(Luk6:32) And if ye love them that love
you, what thank have ye? for even sinners love those that love them.
(Luk6:33) And if ye do good to them that
do good to you, what thank have ye? for even sinners do the same.
(Luk6:34) And if ye lend to them of whom
ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? even sinners lend to sinners, to
receive again as much.
(Luk6:35) But love your enemies, and do
(them) good, and lend, never despairing; and your reward shall be great, and ye
shall be sons of the Most High: for he is kind toward the unthankful and evil.
(Luk6:36) Be ye merciful even as your
Father is merciful.
(Luk8:19) And there came to him his
mother and brethren, and they could not come at him for the crowd.

mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to see thee.

bands asunder, he was driven of the demon into the deserts.

thy name? And he said, Legion. (for many demons were entered into him.)

fear when heat cometh, but its leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in
the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
(Isa2:22) Cease ye from man, whose
breath is in his nostrils; for wherein is he to be accounted of?
(Mic7:5) Trust ye not in a neighbor; put
ye not confidence in a friend; keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth
in thy bosom.

his servants; And his angels he chargeth with folly:

(Deu13:1) If there arise in the midst of
thee a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and he give thee a sign or a wonder,

come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods,
which thou hast not known, and let us serve them;

the words of that prophet, or unto that dreamer of dreams: for Jehovah your God
proveth you, to know whether ye love Jehovah your God with all your heart and

your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye
shall serve him, and cleave unto him.
(Deu13:5) And that prophet, or that
dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death, because he hath spoken rebellion
against Jehovah your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, and
redeemed thee out of the house of bondage, to draw thee aside out of the way
which Jehovah thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put away the
evil from the midst of thee.
(Deu13:6) If thy brother, the son of thy
mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend,
that is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve
other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers;
(Deu13:7) of the gods of the peoples
that are round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the one
end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth;
(Deu13:8) thou shalt not consent unto
him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou
spare, neither shalt thou conceal him:
(Deu13:9) but thou shalt surely kill
him; thy hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the
hand of all the people.
(Deu13:10) And thou shalt stone him to
death with stones, because he hath sought to draw thee away from Jehovah thy
God, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
(Deu13:11) And all Israel shall hear,
and fear, and shall do not more any such wickedness as this is in the midst of
thee.
(Job25:6) How much less man, that is a
worm! And the son of man, that is a worm!

which Jehovah did upon the Egyptians, and the people feared Jehovah: and they
believed in Jehovah, and in his servant Moses.
(Exo19:9) And Jehovah said unto Moses,
Lo, I come unto thee in a thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak
with thee, and may also believe thee for ever. And Moses told the words of the
people unto Jehovah.

by suffered all the nations to walk in their own ways.

kindled against you, and he shut up the heavens, so that there shall be no

the good land which Jehovah giveth you.
(Act17:24) The God that made the world
and all things therein, he, being Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in
temples made with hands;
(Act17:25) neither is he served by men's
hands, as though he needed anything, seeing he himself giveth to all life, and
breath, and all things;

(Job40:12) Look on every one that is
proud, (and) bring him low; And tread down the wicked where they stand.
(Job40:13) Hide them in the dust
together; Bind their faces in the hidden (place).
(Job40:14) Then will I also confess of
thee That thine own right hand can save thee.
(Eze33:18) When the righteous turneth
from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, he shall even die therein.
(Eze33:19) And when the wicked turneth
from his wickedness, and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall live
thereby.
(Eze33:20) Yet ye say, The way of the
Lord is not equal. O house of Israel, I will judge you every one after his
